The modern reality forces us to think about our presentation more than before. The effect of being overwhelmed by enormous quantities of useless information desensitizes us; an impact is worthy of our attention. We have become far more critical of the information that we allow into our realm and consciousness.

However we tend to see ourselves through the eyes of others. We need to be liked by others. We constantly make changes to adapt ourselves in response to others. We develop public masks and live up to the images that we create to present.

We can’t achieve any success without being able to communicate our ideas, vision, purpose, and personalities clearly and calmly to the world around us. Communication is an exchange of energies and ideas that feeds our self-image and helps us to understand ourselves.
